大一導師服務教育課程後記

101學年度是我第一次當大一導師，其實心裡非常惶恐。

因為我知道自己不是一個擅長與人面對面與溝通的老師，

但還是得硬著頭皮接下來。

老實說，學年快結束了，我仍無法將每位同學的名字記下來(聽說這是導師的基本要求)。

我可以認得同學的臉，但就是很難把名字和人連結在一起(認人能力很差)。

不過，至少我覺得我至少做到能夠與同學有效的溝通了。

(雖然，有時候還是會忙到忘記某些事~)

擔任大一導師最讓我難忘的大概就是「服務教育」課程。

除了這門課雖然是1學分，但感覺我卻必須花10學分的時間參與這個課程之外，

由於每個同學的服務心態形形色色，所以要帶這樣的課程著實不容易。

而且，我覺得這學年帶這門課的成果並不算非常成功。

把服務換算成時數似乎就是一個相當失敗的方式。

比較好的精神應該是「從服務去獲得；而不是為了獲得才去服務。」

(細節就不多說了!)

雖然要學生修完「服務教育」就能有服務心這個目標太過遠大，但是我認為這門課還是有存在的必要。即使現實社會弱肉強食，作為人還是該保有基本的人文素養。

但每次都要找一下，所以決定直接蒐藏起來!

[開箱] Canon SELPHY CP800

不知道從哪一年開始，出國時都會買當地的風景明信片寄給親朋好友。

幾年前，心裡開始有一種念頭「既然出國都會拍當地方風景，雖然自己拍的風景也許沒有當地購買的明信片漂亮，但是如果能夠用自己拍的照片當明信片寄給朋友那好像更有趣!」

幾年下來，一直沒有決心購買行動式相片印表機來實現這個想法。

直到這次在澳洲機場免稅商店中看到了一台標價54澳幣的「Canon SELPHY CP800」。

其實，當初在澳洲機場看到標價54澳幣還是下不了手，回到台灣後上網查了一下發現台灣的售價約5,000台幣，所以馬上發了訊息請還在澳洲的學弟回台灣時幫我帶一台回來。(所以說人就是喜歡貪小便宜...)

開箱後，有簡易英文說明書、軟體光碟和4X6的紙閘(台灣版好像會多付一組Card Size紙閘)。

主體出現啦，英文版的介面，右上角附上能源之星貼紙。

既然是澳洲版的，插頭當然也是澳洲版的，所以需要萬用街頭轉接。

正前方有記憶卡插槽，左側也有USB插槽和藍芽接頭(選購；可透過藍芽列印手機上的照片)。
下方打開後是安裝紙閘的槽。

正後方打開後是電池(選購)插槽。因為目前還沒有行動列印需求，所以還沒購買電池。

右側打開後是色帶插槽。

機器內沒有附色帶和相紙，所以另外在台灣購買了Canon KP-108IN，收到後發現好大一盒。

打開後裡面包含3隻色帶和6包相紙(每包18張，共108張)，據說色帶和相紙的量是剛剛好的。這代表1隻色帶只可以印2包相紙(共36張)。如果以我購買的價格來看，印1張照片約8.6元，其實不便宜。

將右側的色帶插槽蓋子打開就可以看到色帶的插槽。

接下來是紙閘，說明書說一次只能放入18張相紙(也就是1包的量)。

外蓋打開才能與CP800主體連接。

開機後可以看到LCD畫面(跟SONY的DPP-F700比，尺寸小且解析度低~)
右下角會顯示紙閘的型態(共有三種，分別是4X6、3X5與Card Size)。

記憶卡接上去後，就會出現選擇照片的畫面，基本上可以一次選擇列印多張照片，每張照片可以選擇想要的列印數量。似乎也可以在一張相紙上列印多張照片，這個功能我還沒試過。
為了測試這台澳洲機，我選擇了考拉(Koala)來列印。

不知道是不是因為我的記憶卡容量是32G，所以按下列印且畫面出現了Busy之後，等了約15秒才開始列印。

熱昇華的方式，是4種顏色一層一層疊上去。
第1個顏色是黃色。

第2個顏色是紅色，已經可以看到清楚的紅色考拉。

第3個顏色是藍色，其實已經接近成品了。

第4個顏色是黑色，列印完成。看了一下品質還OK，但還是有一些雜點。
列印後，將相紙上下邊界撕掉後就是1張4X6的照片了。

下次出國就可以用Canon SELPHY CP800自己製作明信片了!!!

金車噶瑪蘭威士忌酒廠

「金車噶瑪蘭單一麥威士忌酒廠」

於西元 2008 年 12 月 4 號開幕後一直沒機會進去參觀

雖然我不常喝酒，但這次還是趁著年假進去一探究竟。

要釀出好酒，必須經過好幾道手續，

其中以不同的橡木桶所釀出來的威士忌風味有想當大的差異。

另外，由於噶瑪蘭威士忌在英國《泰晤士報》所舉辦的盲測中奪冠，

所以酒廠特別強調威士忌的好壞與年份並無一定的關係!

(不過，酒廠還是以建立百年酒廠為目標)

不免俗的來一張照片

在酒堡中可以免費試飲威士忌(開車不喝酒，喝酒不開車!)，

二樓則是可以容納幾百人的伯朗咖啡館。

最後，還是要帶個紀念品，「噶瑪蘭酒壺」，

邁入酒鬼元年。

花博初體驗

「掰腳」的我，得到了一次免費參觀花博的機會。

當然，原因跟我「掰腳」一點關係也沒有~

這次的初體驗發現基本上算辦的還不錯!

一進去就可以看到代言人

大佳河濱公園區的「紅綠雙蟲大遊行」還蠻多人圍觀拍照的~

這次參觀的時間不夠長，所以只到「爭豔館」看了一些園藝造型設計。

館內禁止飲食，全部都是真花。

看完讓我想去買全期間票，把花博當成是自家的後花園!

有點悶悶的!

果然很多事自己做效率比較高(參閱人月神話)。

在找了幾次打球失敗後，我決定以後想打就自己去打好了~

問題是我沒球阿!!!!!!

不過這問題好解決。

99學年度新生訓練

今天新生報到，系主任要每個老師對新生說一些鼓勵的話。

想了一下，就簡短的跟學生說了下面這段話。

各位同學，想像你在參加一個資訊工程杯極地求生大賽。

首先，你會發現跟你競爭的人當中有美國人、印度人、日本人和其它各國的人。

是的，因為資訊工程是一個全世界都需要的應用科學領域，

所以各位畢業後競爭對手絕對

不是只有坐在你旁邊的同學，

不是只有台灣的學生，

不是只有大陸的學生，

而是全世界的學生。

所以，各位要培養「國際觀」。

接著，你會發現後面有一堆選手正在休息，

而你可能也會開始想要休息~

這時候請記住你正在比賽，目的是想辦法超過在你前面的人而不是後面的人。

所以，請不要害怕辛苦，資工系雖然很累，但是辛苦是會有代價的。

(資工系在本校是唯一個工程科系，所以相對來看會更辛苦)

最後，當遇到危險時，你想到了大會發給你的「求生手冊」，

當在緊急的時刻，你想參考這本「求生手冊」時發現了一個殘酷的事情。

SHIT!怎麼是英文......

沒錯，資訊工程的東西變化相當快速，許多最新的文件都是用英文撰寫，

所以請不要害怕英文，這四年好好去學習。

外面的公司也是在跟全世界競爭，所以英文是必要的!

托大雕的福，今年拿到Computex的國內業者參觀卷

(雖然他碎碎念的要我請喝咖啡和冰淇淋)

(雖然聽說用名片可以直接進場)

很快速地從南港展覽館(1F, 4F)，然後再衝到世貿(3館、1館)。

走馬看花當然是沒看出個所以然。

1. 3D觸控(不須接觸螢幕，但幽助很在意其電磁波)

2. AR(其實是一種3D投影技術)

基本上整天的行程就是

在怎麼怪的技術都有人做得出來，但是要拿來做什麼才是賺錢的關鍵!
